TOGETHER WE RISE

THE OFFICIAL ORAL HISTORY OF THE WOMEN'S MARCH FROM THE ORGANIZERS.
Together We Rise is on sale January 16, 2018, and copies are now available to pre-order!

In festivity of the one-year commemoration of the Women's March, we've made Together We Rise, a perfectly composed full-shading book offering an exceptional, front-push seat to a standout amongst the most electrifying developments in American history. Highlighting select meetings with Women's March coordinators, at no other time seen photos, and articles by women's activist activists, this book takes us back to January 21, 2017, a memorable day when more than five million marchers of any age and strolls of life rioted.

Gathered by our group of Women's March coordinators, and in a joint effort with the imaginative group at Condé Nast, Together We Rise is the total narrative of this surprising uprising. Out of the blue, Women's March coordinators—including Bob Bland, Cassady Fendlay, Sarah Sophie Flicker, Janaye Ingram, Tamika Mallory, Paola Mendoza, Carmen Perez, and Linda Sarsour — recount their own stories and think about their aggregate trip in an oral history composed by Jamia Wilson, essayist, dissident and chief of The Feminist Press.

Together We Rise interlaces stories with "Voices from the March"— memories from genuine ladies who were there, over the world—in addition to select pictures by top picture takers, and a progression of short, interesting papers by regarded journalists, big names and craftsmen, for example, Jill Soloway, America Ferrera, Roxane Gay, Ilana Glazer, Elaine Welteroth, and Jia Tolentino. An uplifting suggestion to take action that advises us that together, standard individuals can have any kind of effect.

Ladies' March will share continues from Together We Rise with three grassroots, ladies drove associations: The Gathering for Justice, Sister Song Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective, and Indigenous
